Oneness Holdings is seeking a creative Event Executive Intern to assist in planning and delivering corporate, music, and creative events. You will brainstorm ideas, help with proposals, and support on-site execution.

This internship is ideal for students pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Event Management or related fields who are eager to gain hands-on experience, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and contribute to engaging event experiences. Commitment of at least six months is required.

About The Role

We are an event company specializing in corporate events, music events, and creative events. Our services cover the entire event lifecycle, from conceptualization and planning to production and on-ground execution. We work on a diverse range of events and experiences. We are seeking a creative, proactive, and hands‑on Event Executive Intern who enjoys generating ideas and is eager to gain real‑world experience in the event industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing corporate, music, and creative events
• Brainstorm creative ideas for event concepts, activities, and experiences
• Support event preparation, coordination, and on‑ground execution
• Assist with event proposals, presentations, and event‑related materials
• Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams
• Assist with event setup, registration, and on‑site operations
• Support social media content creation and event promotions
• Contribute ideas to improve event concepts and audience experience

About You

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related fields
• Creative, proactive, and willing to share ideas
• Possess good communication and coordination skills
• Prior event experience is preferred; experience can include school events, internships, part‑time event work, or freelance projects
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
• Basic knowledge of creative tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similar is a plus
• Able to commit to a minimum 6‑month internship
• Willing to support on‑site events, including occasional evenings or weekends when required
