Job summary

Fuku is seeking a creative, proactive Event Executive Intern to join our team and assist in planning and executing corporate, music, and creative events. You will brainstorm concepts and support on-ground execution, coordinating with vendors and internal teams to deliver impactful experiences.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related fields, with strong communication and coordination skills and a willingness to work

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related fields.
• Creative, proactive, and willing to share ideas.
• Possess good communication and coordination skills.
• Prior event experience is preferred; experience can include school events, internships, part‑time event work, or freelance projects.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of creative tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similar is a plus.
• Able to commit to a minimum 6-month internship.
• Willing to support on‑site events, including occasional evenings or weekends when required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing corporate, music, and creative events
• Brainstorm creative ideas for event concepts, activities, and experiences
• Support event preparation, coordination, and on-ground execution
• Assist with event proposals, presentations, and event-related materials
• Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams
• Assist with event setup, registration, and on‑site operations
• Support social media content creation and event promotions
• Contribute ideas to improve event concepts and audience experience
