Job summary

Oneness Holdings is seeking an Event Coordinator to plan and execute corporate events from concept to wrap-up. You will liaise with clients, vendors, venues and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery.

You will develop detailed event timelines, production schedules and on-site operational plans, overseeing setup, rehearsals and dismantling while coordinating AV, lighting, sound, LED walls, staging and power distribution.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in corporate event management or event production.
  • Strong knowledge of event production and technical operations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to read production schedules and coordinate technical requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate corporate events, managing all stages from pre-event preparation to post-event wrap-up.
  • Liaise with clients, vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Prepare comprehensive event timelines, production schedules, and operational plans.
  • Coordinate event setup, rehearsals, and dismantling processes.
  • Collaborate closely with production and technical teams on AV, lighting, sound, LED walls, staging, and power distribution.
  • Conduct site recce and technical briefings prior to events to ensure readiness.
  • Monitor event progress and proactively troubleshoot operational or technical issues on-site.
  • Ensure all production requirements are delivered in accordance with project specifications.
  • Maintain accurate event documentation, inventories, and project reports.

Salary Range: $2500-$5500
