Job summary

Macro Events PTE LTD is looking for a proactive, resourceful and motivated Event Executive / Senior Event Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing events from proposal development and client servicing to project planning and on-site execution.

Join us to lead diverse corporate events, coordinate with vendors and internal teams, and ensure successful delivery on schedule and within budget.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Events Management, Marketing, Business or related fields.
• Experience in event management, preferably in corporate events, conferences, exhibitions or roadshows.
• Experience in preparing event proposals, quotations and managing project budgets.
• Strong communication, negotiation and client servicing skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects independently and work under tight deadlines.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, when required for events.

Responsibilities

• Resourceful, organised, proactive and a good team player.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, when required for events.
