Job summary

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact between clients and the company, ensuring smooth communication and understanding of client needs.
• Generate new business by identifying leads, pursuing new client opportunities, and presenting event solutions that align with client objectives and goals.
• Craft tailored proposals and presentations to clients, followed by timely follow-ups to close deals within deadlines.
• Collaborate with internal event management teams and vendors to meet client requirements and oversee event timelines and budgets.
• Ensure projects stay within budget while delivering creative event solutions.
• Track industry activities and report emerging trends to provide clients with status updates and insights.
