• Develop event timelines, budgets, and production schedules.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, venues, and suppliers.
• Monitor budgets, quotations, and pricing strategies for profitability.
• Conduct site inspections and oversee on-site operations.
• Prepare post-event reports and recommendations.
