Job summary

Eureka! Campaign Associates Pte Ltd is seeking a dynamic events and sales-focused professional to service existing clientele, pitch for events, and secure projects.

You will conceptualise events, coordinate with clients and suppliers, manage programmes and budgets, and maintain high service standards. Key requirements include a passion for events, the ability to work nights/weekends if needed, strong writing and organizational skills, and a proactive team player attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience in events planning and client liaison.
• Ability to create compelling proposals and pitches.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed event proposals and plans, liaising with clients to confirm requirements.
• Coordinate with external suppliers, venues, emcees, entertainers and internal teams.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and compliance with regulations.
• Deliver premium customer service and handle client inquiries.
• Prepare sales pitches and creative presentations for prospective clients.
