Job summary

WEEAT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Sales & Account Management professional to drive revenue by handling inquiries, generating proposals, and closing sales for corporate events and catering.

You will nurture relationships with existing clients, coordinate with kitchen/operations, and ensure accurate billing and timely delivery. Strong communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in sales administration, account management, event coordination, or front-of-house customer service.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality/Event Management, Marketing, or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
• Hands-on experience with CRM/ERP software, POS systems, or sales order management systems (eg. Xero software).
• Communication, organization, problem-solving, and sales acumen.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue by actively handling inbound inquiries, generating proposals, and closing sales for corporate events, private functions, and general clientele.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with existing account holders and event planners to encourage repeat bookings and account growth.
• Assist with proactive outreach, lead qualification, and attending client meetings, site visits, or industry networking events.
