Job summary

CarTimes Automobile Pte Ltd is recruiting a motivated Telesales Executive in Singapore to engage potential business customers and generate sales opportunities for the Commercial EV Vans team. You will handle outbound calls, qualify prospects, and secure appointments for Sales Consultants while contributing to KPI targets and incentives.

You will work with existing leads, understand customer needs, and promote our Commercial EV Van solutions.

Qualifications

Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, customer service, business development or sales is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive and proactive attitude.
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and engaging business customers.

Responsibilities

Contact and follow up with existing leads through outbound calls.
Understand customers' business needs and vehicle requirements.
Introduce and promote Commercial EV Van solutions based on customers' needs.
Qualify prospects based on requirements, budget, purchasing timeline and suitability.
Generate and secure qualified appointments for the Sales Consultants.
Maintain regular follow-ups to maximise lead and appointment conversion.
Record customer information, call outcomes, lead status and follow-up activities in the system.
Work closely with Sales Consultants to ensure a smooth handover of qualified prospects.
Monitor and achieve monthly KPIs relating to calls, leads and appointments.
Gather customer feedback and provide insights on lead quality and market responses.
Support daily admin work for the EV commercial dept.
