The role involves diagnosing EV issues, coordinating with the service team, explaining repair costs and timelines, maintaining service records, and staying current with EV technologies to ensure top-notch customer experience.

Qualifications

• Provide knowledgeable and friendly assistance to customers about EV vehicle maintenance, repairs, and services.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot EV-specific issues with the service team for timely repairs.
• Explain repair recommendations, estimated costs and timelines to customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, vehicle service histories, and completed work.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledgeable and friendly assistance to customers, answering questions about EV vehicle maintenance, repairs, and services.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot EV-specific issues, and coordinate with the service team to ensure timely and high-quality repairs.
• Liaise with customers to explain repair recommendations, estimated costs and timelines, and obtain their approval.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, vehicle service histories, and completed work.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest EV technologies, industry regulations, and best practices to provide customers with the most current information.
• Foster a positive customer experience and promote the company's reputation for excellence in EV service and support.
