Job summary

BYD By JC Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced EV Vehicle Service Advisor based at Teban Gardens West Region facility in Singapore. You will deliver exceptional customer service and technical support for our growing EV customer base.

In this full-time role, you will diagnose EV issues, coordinate with the service team for timely repairs, and explain estimates and timelines to customers while maintaining accurate service records.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as an EV service advisor or similar automotive role.
• Extensive knowledge of EV systems and diagnostics.
• Strong communication and ability to explain technical information to customers.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Proficiency with service management software and diagnostic tools.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate EV/hybrid vehicles.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced EV Vehicle Service Advisor to join our team at BYD By JC Pte Ltd. As an EV Vehicle Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and technical support for our growing electric vehicle customer base. This is a full-time role based in our Teban Gardens West Region facility.

What you'll be doing

• Provide knowledgeable and friendly assistance to customers, answering questions about EV vehicle maintenance, repairs, and services

• Diagnose and troubleshoot EV-specific issues, and coordinate with the service team to ensure timely and high-quality repairs

• Liaise with customers to explain repair recommendations, estimated costs and timelines, and obtain their approval

• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, vehicle service histories, and completed work

What we're looking for
