Job summary

MOTORWAY GROUP in Singapore is seeking a driven Field Sales Engineer to develop and grow our EV commercial vehicle business. You will identify fleet customers, understand their transport and operations, and guide them from first contact to delivery and after-sales support.

The role emphasizes hands-on field engagement, technical consultation, and close collaboration with technical and operations teams to ensure smooth vehicle delivery and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of closing sales and meeting monthly targets.
• 3-5 years of sales experience.
• Ability to convert leads and prospects into signed orders.
• Strong closing and negotiation skills.
• Able to handle objections and price pushback.
• Results-driven mindset with discipline to hit targets.
• Personal vehicle required.
• Valid Class 3/3A driving licence.
• Able to work weekends and public holidays as required.
• High integrity and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities for EV commercial vehicles, targeting fleet operators and corporates.
• Conduct field visits, customer meetings, and product presentations to understand requirements.
• Provide technical consultation and recommend EV vehicle solutions.
• Manage full sales process from lead generation to delivery.
• Build and maintain relationships with fleet customers and decision-makers.
• Identify fleet expansion and repeat sales opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Coordinate with technical, operations, and after-sales teams for delivery and support.
• Participate in roadshows and product demonstrations.
• Achieve sales targets and report market updates.
