3K Construction Pte Ltd, based in Singapore, seeks a Sales Engineer to own the full sales cycle for EV charging and electrical projects. You will lead from lead generation and site assessments to technical proposals, negotiations, and closing, then handover to the project team.

You will work with property managers, main contractors, and corporate fleets, bridging technical know-how with business development. Strong communication and proposal-writing skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering required.
• 2–5 years of B2B sales, technical sales, or business development experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and EV charging infrastructure.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and proposal-writing skills.
• Self-driven with ability to manage a full sales cycle with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle for EV charging and electrical projects — from lead generation to contract closing and handover to the project team.
• Conduct site assessments, size systems, and prepare technical proposals and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover and delivery timelines.
• Support after-sales relationship management including maintenance contract renewals and upsell opportunities.
