Job summary

Frontier Force Technology Pte Ltd is seeking a field IT support specialist to deliver technical assistance to EUC users and ensure smooth operations. You will manage on-premise and cloud infrastructure, including Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365, handle end-user requests, and deploy IT equipment across the organization.

The role requires strong problem-solving skills, a customer-focused attitude, and experience with network troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Provide system administration and support for on-premise and cloud infrastructure, including Azure and Microsoft 365.
Respond to IT support requests from end users via in-person, phone, or ticketing system; troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
Assist with installation, configuration, and deployment of computer systems, laptops, printers, software, and other IT equipment.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights; handle onboarding and offboarding processes.
Troubleshoot network connectivity issues; provide smart hand support for basic network devices installation and deployment.
Perform routine maintenance on systems, servers, and IT equipment; apply patches and updates.
