ScienTec Consulting Pte. Ltd. is seeking an ICT Engineer (EUC) to support day-to-day ICT operations, workplace technologies, service requests, and vendor coordination within a structured enterprise environment.

The role is based in Jurong East and offered as a Full-Time Contract with potential renewal or conversion. You will manage ICT service requests and incidents, coordinate with vendors, and administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive,

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in IT or related field.
Minimum 2 years in IT operations, service management or workplace tech support.
Hands-on with Microsoft 365 environments and related services.
Experience with user provisioning, access rights, licences, and devices.

Responsibilities

Manage ICT service requests, incidents, and operational support.
Coordinate with vendors on ICT requests and service delivery.
Administer and support Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID, Intune).
Support onboarding/offboarding, account provisioning, access management, licences, shared mailboxes and distribution lists.
Coordinate endpoint provisioning, software installation and device replacement.
Monitor backlog and escalate delays in service delivery.
Support governance, cybersecurity, audit, risk management and compliance activities.
Maintain operational documentation, audit trails, and software licence records.
Assist with incident management, problem management, and service reviews.
