Job summary

Manpower Singapore is seeking an experienced End User Services (EUS) leader to shape and drive the EUS service strategy across APAC. You will own the planning lifecycle from demand registration and budgeting to roadmaps and governance, translating business needs into practical EUS solutions and ensuring timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or Engineering; MBA or similar preferred.
• 10+ years in IT Service Delivery or End User Services with regional/global scope.
• Deep EUC knowledge including Microsoft 365, Intune, ZTNA, Teams, Zoom, WebEx.
• PMP/ITIL/CSM or relevant certificates.
• Strong leadership, strategy, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Plan and define EUS service strategy, aligning with regional/global standards.
• Own the EUS planning lifecycle including demand, budget, roadmaps, and governance.
• Bridge technology and business teams; translate requirements into EUS solutions.
• Lead major EUS initiatives from inception to completion with budgets and resources.
• Mentor EUS professionals and drive cross‑functional collaboration.
• Maintain relationships with senior Business and IT executives across APAC/global.
• Drive service improvements in UX, collaboration, mobility, security, and SLAs.
• Lead transformations to modernize EUS and support APAC growth.
• Ensure reliability with risk management and IT governance alignment.
• Define KPIs and report benefits like productivity gains and cost savings.
• Collaborate with solution teams to align EUS architecture and project execution.
