Job summary

NCS Pte Ltd in Singapore is recruiting a Service Delivery Manager for Lifecycle Management, End User Computing. You will lead day-to-day EUC lifecycle services, including deployment, asset management, incidents, requests, and changes to ensure SLA compliance.

You will coordinate with client stakeholders, internal teams, and vendors to maintain service quality and drive continuous improvement across EUC environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or diploma in a related IT field with hands-on EUC experience.
• Experience in end-user computing, digital workplace, or service delivery.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and reporting.
• Familiar with Windows OS, AD, and devices like desktops and tablets.
• Excellent stakeholder coordination and communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead EUC lifecycle activities including deployment, refresh, upgrades, and retirement.
• Coordinate assets, incidents, requests, and changes across teams.
• Produce dashboards and reports on asset utilization and SLA performance.
• Collaborate with vendors and logistics for procurement and delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure service quality.
