Job summary

GlobalFoundries is looking for a proactive Associate Engineer to support Fab operations in Singapore. You will help improve equipment performance, drive process improvements, and contribute to achieving high wafer yields across multiple Fabs.

Training and development are provided to grow your technical and leadership skills. Ideal candidates have a relevant engineering degree and a willingness to learn AI-enabled tools to enhance productivity and support decision‑making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic or Mechanical Engineering is required.
• Internship or Co-op experience is preferred.
• Project management and leadership experience are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Drive equipment performance improvements by solving recurring and day‑to‑day issues.
• Maintain and improve equipment knowledge and documentation for long‑term excellence.
• Monitor performance metrics and support PM activities to improve reliability and efficiency.
