Job summary

GlobalFoundries in Singapore is seeking an Engineer for Equipment Engineering (Etch) to maintain and support tool readiness. You will perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting, analyze equipment performance, and drive improvements while upholding safety and asset custody.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and show hands-on PM/CM experience in a wafer fab or clean room; internship experience is welcomed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Proven ability to identify, assess and solve problems.
• Experience or internship in equipment engineering/wafer fab/clean room preferred.
• Hands-on experience in preventive maintenance/corrective maintenance/troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support equipment readiness as an individual contributor.
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.
• Execute maintenance and tool support ensuring equipment readiness.
• Troubleshoot and upgrade equipment to minimize downtime.
• Analyze and monitor technical charts.
• Drive equipment improvement plans and projects.
• Follow safety practices and custody of tools and equipment.
• Collaborate on projects and assignments as needed.
