Job summary

Public Service Division is seeking an Estate Manager in HDB’s Resale Department, Planning Section, to manage and improve systems and e-services for resale flat transactions. You will analyse data and lead end-to-end projects across teams to drive efficiency and service excellence.

There may be a rotation into a Customer Relations Manager role to support processing of new and resale transactions and assist applicants with eligibility assessments and appeals, including preparing case reports for

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Good project management ability.
• Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience with data analysis is a plus.
• Knowledge of programming and/or mainframe systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Analyse data and synthesize insights for internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead initiatives to evaluate and enhance resale systems and e-services.
• Manage end-to-end projects across teams and agencies from scoping to implementation.
