HDB Housing & Development Board in Singapore seeks an Estate Manager in the Policy Development Section to formulate and review housing policies related to flat sales, purchases and allocation. You will use data-driven analysis and collaborate with MND, operations and communications teams.

There may be rotation into customer-facing roles including case management and stakeholder engagement to deliver services to applicants and residents, supporting housing objectives and ensuring policy

Formación

A good degree in economics, real estate, or social sciences.
Able to grasp concepts and synthesize information quickly.
Comfortable with numbers and familiar with data analytics.
Engage with stakeholders to balance interests and find a common position.

Responsabilidades

Develop and review public housing policies relating to flat sales, purchases and allocation.
Collaborate with operational departments, MND and communications teams on policy implementation and announcements.
Possible rotation into customer-facing roles involving case management, stakeholder engagement and appeals handling.
Perform data-driven analyses to evaluate policy options and post-implementation reviews.
