Qualifications

• Manage GST filings and statutory reporting with IRAS compliance.
• Review vouchers, financial statements, GST filings and audits for accuracy.
• Coordinate budgets and cash flow for estate operations.

Responsibilities

• Review payment vouchers, financial statements, GST filings, and audited reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards
• Correspond with clients on accounting matters and provide clear financial clarifications on MCST accounts
• Ensure timely submission of statutory requirements including tax filings to IRAS and CPF contributions
• Coordinate handover and takeover processes for new or ceased projects to facilitate smooth financial transitions
• Supervise, train, and mentor new staff to uphold accounting standards and improve operational efficiency
• Assist in budget preparation, expenditure monitoring, and cash flow management forestate operations
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, CPF Board, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with statutory reporting obligations
• Support council and general meetings by preparing financial reports, documentation, and clarifications as required.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned to support business needs
