Job summary

MULTI WEALTH (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced accountant to manage the full accounting cycle for a portfolio of companies in Singapore.

You will handle AP/AR, GL, fixed assets, month-end close, and tax, while preparing financial statements and management reports for management review. The role requires 5 years of relevant experience, IFRS knowledge, and proficiency with Yardi/IFCA ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; CPA or equivalent preferred.
• 5 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting within property development/real estate.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS standards and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency with ERP systems (Yardi, IFCA).
• Excellent analytical, Excel, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy and strong organization.

Responsibilities

• Perform full spectrum of accounting functions including AP, AR, payments, GL, fixed assets, CAPEX, month-end close and tax.
• Prepare financial statements, management reports, budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
• Consolidate data into Group budget and monthly closing templates.
• Conduct monthly reconciliations and support audit processes with auditors.
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and KPIs to assess financial health.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.
• Collaborate with IT on system enhancements and with Operations on business activities.
• Handle ad hoc duties and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Immediate availability preferred.
