Job summary

Absolut Properties Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated accounting professional to manage full sets of accounts and ensure accurate financial records. The role supports operational and strategic objectives with emphasis on compliance and timely reporting.

You will handle AR/AP/GL postings, bank reconciliations, and attachment of detailed P&L and balance sheet schedules, while coordinating GST submissions and regulatory filings as required by the management.

Qualifications

• Minimum O-Level qualification.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage tasks efficiently.
• Detail-oriented and committed to safety and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate bookkeeping and manage full sets of accounts to ensure financial integrity and completeness.
• Update and post AR, AP, and GL transactions to support timely financial reporting.
• Prepare detailed schedules for Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets for analysis and decision-making.
• Perform bank, AR, and AP reconciliation statements to verify accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Submit GST and other mandatory statutory board reports to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide ad-hoc accounting and administrative support as assigned by the Manager to enhance efficiency.
