Job summary

Land Transport Authority in Singapore seeks a role within an HDB Office to manage multiple improvement projects and to serve residents by delivering quality housing and maintenance services.

You will coordinate consultants and contractors, conduct site audits, and drive continuous improvement in home maintenance and estate management. Successful candidates will join on a 1+1 year contract based at HDB Hub, Toa Payoh.

• Undertaking ad-hoc projects to drive continuous improvement in home maintenance and estate management.

What the role is

You will be part of a dynamic team in an HDB Office to manage various improvement projects and to serve the residents by providing quality housing & maintenance services

What you will be working on

• Managing various improvement projects, which includes improvement works to HDB flats and car parks
• Management of consultants and contractors, and handling contract administration matters such as processing payments, claims, assessing the need for variation works, extension of time.
• Conducting regular site audits and liaison with stakeholders to ensure projects meet quality and safety standards, are delivered on time, and within budget.
• Undertaking ad-hoc projects and initiatives to drive continuous improvement in home maintenance and estate management.
