Job summary

HDB Housing & Development Board in Singapore is seeking a proactive professional to join a dynamic team at the HDB Office to drive improvement projects and serve residents through quality housing and maintenance services.

You will manage improvement works to HDB flats and car parks, oversee consultants and contractors, handle payments and variations, conduct site audits, and ensure safety, quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.

[What the role is]

You will be part of a dynamic team in an HDB Office to manage various improvement projects and to serve the residents by providing quality housing & maintenance services

[What you will be working on]

• Managing various improvement projects, which includesimprovement works to HDB flats and car parks
• Management of consultants and contractors, and handling contract administration matters such as processing payments, claims, assessing the need for variation works, extension of time.
• Conducting regular site audits and liaison with stakeholders to ensure projects meet quality and safety standards, are delivered on time, and within budget.
• Undertaking ad-hoc projects and initiatives to drive continuous improvement in home maintenance and estate management.

• relevant technical background and/or experience (e.g. construction-related discipline) would be advantageous, but not necessary.
