Job summary

SATS Ltd. is seeking an ESG Data Manager to lead accurate and timely data collection for the Group and to implement a comprehensive ESG data platform.

You will collaborate with data owners, vendors and business units to drive reporting and governance against ISSB-SGX-CSRD-US standards. You will design dashboards, automate data flows, and support the Sustainability Report to GRI and ISSB standards while coordinating with internal teams to improve data processes and insights across the

Qualifications

• Degree in a STEM field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related)
• Experience with data analytics, business intelligence, or data science
• Fluent in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English
• Familiarity with ESG reporting frameworks such as GRI, ISSB, TCFD and/or IFRS
• Strong project management and organizational abilities

Responsibilities

• Manage ESG data collection for the Group
• Move from yearly to quarterly environmental data collection and reporting
• Ensure ESG data accuracy and governance with stakeholders and vendors
• Develop ESG dashboards for multiple business units and leadership
• Support external reporting and the Sustainability Report to standards like GRI/ISSB
