Job summary

SINGAPORE HEALTH SERVICES PTE LTD's Office for Sustainable Health (OSH) seeks a Senior Assistant Director to lead the development of robust ESG data reporting systems and internal controls, and to prepare disclosures that meet global standards while aligning with MOH national frameworks.

Reporting to the OSH Group Director with matrix reporting to the Deputy Group CFO, you will integrate financial and ESG metrics, coordinate with Finance and Risk, and drive audit-ready data across SingHealth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/related field; professional accounting certification preferred.
• At least 12 years of experience in financial or sustainability reporting, internal controls, or risk management.
• Healthcare sector experience or regulatory exposure is an advantage.
• Experience implementing digital tools for data automation and ESG disclosures.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of an ESG data collection system and internal controls framework across the cluster.
• Integrate financial and ESG metrics into disclosures, ensuring alignment with MOH frameworks.
• Collaborate with Finance and Risk Management to ensure audit-ready sustainability data.
• Support governance, manage data timelines, and supervise one direct report.
