Job summary

City Developments Limited (CDL) offers an internship with its Sustainability team in Singapore. You will support data collection, validation and submissions for ESG benchmarks such as S&P Dow Jones Indices, Sustainalytics, GRESB, CDP and Corporate Knights Global 100, and assist gap analyses against peers.

Responsibilities include CDL's sustainability reporting, data consolidation with GRI/SASB/ISSB, coordinating internal stakeholders, preparing investor materials, and drafting

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Strong interest in ESG, sustainability reporting, and corporate responsibility.
• Detail-oriented with analytical and organisational skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to work independently.
• Organised and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support data collection, validation, and submission for ESG benchmarks (S&P Dow Jones Indices, Sustainalytics, GRESB, CDP, Corporate Knights Global 100).
• Assist gap analysis and benchmarking against industry peers.
• Maintain documentation and audit trails for submissions.
• Assist in Sustainability Reporting and CDL's annual report.
• Support data consolidation and verification with frameworks (GRI, SASB, ISSB).
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather ESG information.
• Support Sustainable Finance activities (green financing instruments).
• Prepare materials for investors and financial institutions.
• Conduct research on sustainable finance trends and frameworks.
• Draft content for sustainability press releases, speeches, and social media.
