Job summary

SingHealth's Office for Sustainable Health (OSH) seeks a Senior Assistant Director to lead ESG data reporting systems and internal controls across the cluster. You will align with MOH reporting frameworks, integrate financial and social metrics, and ensure audit-ready disclosures.

Reporting to the Group Director of OSH, you will collaborate with Finance, Risk Management, and institutional partners to drive data accuracy, governance, and timely strategic decisions for SingHealth's sustainability

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Sustainability Management, or related fields
• An accounting background with professional certification such as ACCA or CPA preferred
• At least 12 years of relevant work experience, healthcare sector experience is advantageous
• Experience in financial reporting, internal controls, or sustainability reporting
• Experience with data automation tools and data visualization (Tableau/Power BI) preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a cluster-wide sustainability data collection system and internal controls framework, aiming for an audit-ready baseline
• Integrate financial and social metrics into ESG disclosures, ensuring alignment with MOH reporting for the public healthcare sector
• Coordinate with SingHealth institutions to meet MOH milestones and manage timelines
• Review sustainability-related risks and opportunities and support action-plan prioritization
• Supervise one direct report and provide guidance as the team matures
