You will bridge ESG strategy, data governance, and stakeholder engagement to deliver audit-ready disclosures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Sustainability Management, or related field.
• Accounting background with ACCA/CPA or equivalent preferred.
• At least 12 years of relevant work experience, healthcare sector experience preferred.
• Experience in financial and sustainability reporting and internal controls.
• Experience with data automation and data visualization tools.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a cluster-wide sustainability data collection system and internal controls.
• Integrate financial and social metrics into ESG disclosures.
• Coordinate MOH-mandated data submission milestones across SingHealth institutions.
• Review and assess sustainability risks and opportunities and support action plan prioritization.
• Provide guidance to a direct report and contribute to governance framework.
