Job summary

Keppel Technology Solutions is seeking a capable Corporate Systems Manager to oversee the company’s ERP and web applications, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. You will ensure system stability, perform upgrades, and coordinate with vendors to keep the platform secure and aligned with business needs.

You will administer modules like Finance, Procurement, and Inventory, while maintaining documentation and training end users to improve adoption and reduce issues.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (Navision).
• Experience supporting ERP modules: Finance, Procurement, Inventory.
• Degree or Diploma in Information Systems or Computer Science.
• Ability to coordinate upgrades and testing with stakeholders.
• Strong documentation and cross-functional communication.

Responsibilities

• Administer and monitor the ERP application and web applications to ensure availability and integrity.
• Respond to and resolve issues reported by business users and provide functional guidance.
• Manage change requests, configuration, and minor customizations with proper testing.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute ERP upgrades, patches, and version updates.
• Customize forms, reports, and workflows using standard tools.
• Liaise with external vendors and Microsoft support for escalation and projects.
• Maintain clear documentation and provide training/resources to end users.
• Ensure governance, data security, and audit compliance.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve ERP reporting with D365 BC and Power Platform.
