Job summary

ILLUM (9) PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant who can translate business needs into practical Microsoft solutions and guide customers through implementation.

You will lead requirement workshops, map processes to Business Central, configure solutions, support data migration, UAT and go-live, and collaborate with clients, developers and project teams to deliver value. Experience with Power Platform or Power BI is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing Dynamics 365/ERP or CRM applications.
• Strong understanding of finance, sales, purchasing, inventory or operations.
• Analytical mindset with solid documentation and client-facing skills.

• Support data migration, UAT, user training and go-live
• Work closely with customers, developers and project teams
• Recommend process improvements, automation and practical AI use cases

About you

• Experience implementing Dynamics 365, ERP, CRM or business applications
• Good understanding of finance, sales, purchasing, inventory or operations
• Strong analytical, documentation and customer-facing skills
• Able to manage requirements and translate them into workable solutions
• Comfortable handling multiple projects and collaborating across teams
• Exposure to Business Central, Power Platform or Power BI is an advantage
