Job summary

Keppel Technology Solutions seeks an experienced Corporate Systems Manager to oversee ongoing operations of corporate applications including the ERP Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central SaaS and web apps. You will handle day-to-day administration, issue resolution, and drive system enhancements.

The role requires coordinating upgrades, testing, and stakeholder communication while ensuring security, data integrity, and alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years in supporting and administering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Strong understanding of ERP processes in Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain.
• Experience in upgrades, change requests, and resolving production issues.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Administer and monitor ERP and web applications for availability and data integrity.
• Respond to issues and provide hands-on functional support across ERP modules.
• Manage change requests, testing, and deployment within IT governance.
• Plan and execute ERP upgrades, version updates, and patches with vendors.
• Configure and enhance forms, reports, and workflows to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with vendors and Microsoft support for escalation and integration.
• Create and maintain documentation; train end users to reduce repetitive queries.
• Ensure compliance with governance, security, and audit requirements.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve ERP reporting.
