Job summary

Our ERP Consultant role partners with customers to gather requirements, contribute to solution design, and implement ERP systems with hands-on training.

You will build strong relationships, advise on business process improvements across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and CRM, and deliver support both on-site and remotely.

Qualifications

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 2 years' ERP implementation and support experience; NetSuite experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Finance/Accounting, Supply Chain, Project & Service Management, Manufacturing, CRM/Support.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
• General knowledge of software development/customization.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Participate in solution/product design sessions and maintain documentation.
