Job summary

re-zoo-me in Singapore is seeking an ERP Consultant to lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects across diverse industries. You will partner with clients to understand business challenges, conduct demos, and drive go-live and post-deployment support.

The successful applicant will have 2 years in ERP consulting or related roles, strong process knowledge across finance and operations, and excellent communication with business and technical teams in English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• 2 years in ERP consulting or related customer-facing technology roles.
• Strong understanding of business processes across finance, procurement, sales, inventory, or operations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Excellent project coordination and customer engagement capabilities.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both business users and technical teams.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Partner with prospective clients to understand business challenges and recommend suitable ERP solutions.
• Conduct system demonstrations, workshops, and proof-of-concept presentations during the sales cycle.
• Lead ERP implementation projects from initiation through go-live and post-deployment support.
• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements while coordinating solution design with technical teams.
• Facilitate user workshops and training programmes to ensure successful system adoption.
• Act as the key liaison between customers and cross-functional internal stakeholders throughout project delivery.
• Build long-term customer relationships and provide recommendations for continuous solution improvement.
