Job summary

Eurostop Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced ERP System Project Manager to lead end-to-end software implementation projects for retail clients. You will collaborate with customers, developers, consultants, support teams, and management to deliver on time and within scope.

The role requires coordinating requirements, creating technical specs, and guiding teams through agile and waterfall methodologies, with a focus on delivering high-quality configurations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years' experience in software project management or implementation.
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Jira, MS Project, Trello, or similar tools.
• Experience in Retail, ERP, Retail Management, or Tenant Management Systems is preferred.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is an advantage.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Manage project scope, timelines, resources, risks, and deliverables while keeping stakeholders informed.
• Gather business and system requirements and conduct process walkthroughs.
• Prepare system mock-ups, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Coordinate with development and internal teams to deliver system customizations.
• Prepare UAT test cases, conduct testing, and coordinate customer acceptance.
• Conduct system demonstrations and training for customers and internal users.
• Resolve project issues and proactively manage risks and changes.
• Provide project status updates and presentations to customers and management.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure adherence to internal processes.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
