• Good technical grounding in IT systems, infrastructure, and enterprise software.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or ITIL Expert certification strongly preferred.
• 7–10 years' experience in IT project management, including multi‑stakeholder and vendor‑driven projects.

Overview

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Project Management Office (PMO), responsible for leading end-to-end IT system projects. The role involves managing internal cross-functional teams and external vendors/partners to deliver outcomes that balance scope, time, and cost. The Project Manager may work onsite or remotely, but will be expected to maintain strong visibility with stakeholders and ensure seamless project delivery.

The successful candidate will combine project discipline with people skills, managing delivery across internal and external teams. He/She will thrive in both onsite and remote environments, maintaining visibility and trust while ensuring projects are delivered to scope, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Delivery & Governance
• Manage IT system projects from initiation through closure, covering hardware procurement, software delivery, integration, and deployment.
• Apply PMO frameworks and governance standards, ensuring clear reporting and decision‑making.
• Track performance against triple constraints: scope, schedule, and budget.

Internal & External Team Management

• Lead internal project teams across technical, operational, and business functions.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors, ensuring deliverables meet contractual obligations.
• Balance competing priorities between internal stakeholders and third parties, resolving issues constructively.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Act as the focal point for project stakeholders, whether onsite or remotely.
• Provide clear, consistent communication on progress, risks, and dependencies.
• Build trusted relationships with business leaders, technical teams, and external partners.

Risk & Quality Oversight

• Anticipate risks and dependencies, implementing mitigation and contingency plans.
• Oversee quality assurance of both hardware and software components.
• Ensure compliance with IT governance, security policies, and regulatory requirements.
