About the Role
We are looking for a Software Implementation Consultant to join our growing team in Singapore. You will be responsible for delivering end-to-end ERP implementation projects for retail clients across industries such as apparel,家居, FMCG, cosmetics, jewelry, and food.
You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, configure the system, conduct training, and ensure successful go-live and post-launch support.
Key Responsibilities
1、Participate in the full project lifecycle – including requirement gathering, solution design, system configuration, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance
2、Engage with clients to understand business requirements and provide professional solution recommendations
3、Prepare and maintain project documentation – including requirements specifications, design documents, test plans, and user manuals
4、Deliver system training to end-users and address any questions or issues during the implementation phase
5、Track project milestones, proactively identify risks, and resolve issues to ensure timely delivery
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
2. Minimum 1 year of experience in software implementation (ERP or retail systems preferred)
3. Experience in retail sectors – such as apparel,家居, FMCG, cosmetics, jewelry, or food – is a strong advantage
4. Proficiency in MySQL and strong SQL skills
5. Familiar with retail business processes including e-commerce OMS, in-store hardware environments (POS terminals, scanners, receipt printers, payment devices), distribution, and financial workflows
