Job summary

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's in Accountancy with 4+ years of finance experience, strong analytical skills, and proven ability to drive efficiency through automation and system upgrades.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field.
• 4+ years of accounting/finance experience with financial systems and project implementation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align finance project goals with strategy.
• Support Core Banking System modification, GL upgrade and process optimization.
• Create and maintain project documentation, including requirements and test scenarios.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure continuity.
• Assist regional finance in regulatory and statutory reporting and audits.
