Job summary

OCBC in Singapore seeks an experienced ERP-focused professional to design and build new reports and AI applications on the ERP platform. You will lead requirements gathering, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive successful adoption of new processes across the organisation.

You will develop training materials, document processes, mitigate risks, and monitor the impact of change while working with cross-functional teams to deliver business transformation through ERP projects.

Qualifications

• A degree in Computing, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in process improvement, change management, or ERP implementation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience with ERP systems and process improvement methodologies.
