Job summary

Allegis Group Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Business Analyst for our Global Markets Equities/Fixed Income Trading technology space. You will own end-to-end delivery of equity technology projects, coordinating with stakeholders, developers, QA teams, and vendors to ensure seamless integration of trading systems.

You will develop project plans, manage budgets, track KPIs, ensure regulatory compliance, and communicate status to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience as a Project Manager or Business Analyst in trading technology.
• Strong analytical skills to drive solutions for complex business requirements.
• Understanding of trading flows and product knowledge (Delta One/Swap, Stock Lending, Cash Trading).
• Experience leading meetings and delivering delivery plans with risk and stakeholder management.
• Proficient in Agile, Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Visio, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of equity technology projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, QA teams, and vendors to ensure seamless integration of trading systems.
• Develop project plans, manage budgets, and track KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain documentation standards.
• Identify and mitigate risks, manage change requests, and resolve issues promptly.
• Communicate project status and impacts to senior stakeholders and leadership.
