Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks a seasoned technology leader to drive the planning, design and delivery of middle and back‑office post‑trade solutions for Global Markets across Asia–Oceania, including Equity and FICC.

You will translate operating models into technical requirements, identify automation opportunities, oversee phased roadmaps, vendor evaluations and end‑to‑end delivery, while ensuring regulatory compliance, budget discipline and timely stakeholder milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/IT or equivalent.
• 15+ years of IT transformation and project management experience.
• Deep understanding of trade lifecycles in global markets.
• Experience implementing post-trade systems in capital markets.
• Excellent ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record managing complex multi-legacy projects.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (MAS, SFC, HKMA) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate to translate target operating model into tech and functional specs.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve controls and efficiency.
• Develop phased roadmap with regional expansion and local scalability.
• Conduct vendor evaluations for fit, integration and TCO.
• Oversee end-to-end project execution including scope, budget, resources.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Drive change management for smooth transition to new systems.
