Job summary

Qualifications

• Internship experience in Operations, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Exposure to equities or securities is a must.
• Hands-on involvement in operational tasks, not just administrative duties.
• Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
• Good communication and cross-team collaboration required.

Responsibilities

• Support trade allocation, pre-matching, settlement monitoring, and failed trade resolution.
• Assist with client onboarding and account maintenance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth post-trade activities and issue resolution.
• Identify operational risks and elevate potential issues to management.
