Job summary

Adecco Personnel Pte Ltd (Staffing) is seeking an Equity Trade Support Control professional in Singapore to provide top-tier operational support for derivative, swaps, and cash products. You will resolve issues for Sales and Trading, applying critical thinking to deliver timely client resolutions and maintain strong controls.

The role requires deep knowledge of equity markets, trade life cycles, and proficiency in MS Office; Bloomberg/Reuters familiarity is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in Trade Support for equities derivatives/swaps/cash products.
• Understanding of Equity/Equity Derivatives Trade Life Cycle.
• Proficiency in MS Office; Excel and Word essential.
• Bloomberg and Reuters knowledge preferable.
• VBA & SQL programming skills preferable.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistently stellar operational support for derivative/swaps/cash products.
• Support the Sales and Trading Desks by investigating, resolving issues and enquiries.
• Utilize critical thinking/problem solving skills to provide timely resolutions to client issues and breaks.
• Work closely with a wide range of stakeholders within operations and across compliance, credit, sales, trading, legal, risk, technology.
• Exhibit proactivity to improve processes and enhance controls to mitigate operational risk to the firm.
• Be a strong individual contributor while actively supporting team goals.
• Manage ad-hoc projects and liaise with internal/external counterparts in different regions.
