Job summary

RMA Contracts Pte Ltd is seeking a candidate for a 12-month contract role supporting the Equities business from Operations and Client Services. The role focuses on trade lifecycle management, client onboarding, risk control, and process improvement in a dynamic investment banking environment.

The incumbent will collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth post-trade processes, resolve operational issues, and enhance the overall client experience.

Responsibilities

• Trade Lifecycle Management: handling allocation, pre-matching and fails to ensure settlement.
• Client Service: act as primary contact for trade execution queries and complex requests.
• Risk & Control: maintain controls, books and records, ensure regulatory compliance.
• Process Improvement: drive automation and increase straight-through processing (STP) rates.
• Collaboration: work with sales, trading, technology and compliance to resolve issues and explore new products.
