We are looking for a hands-on and proactive Engineer to support the reliability, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our manufacturing equipment. You will work closely with the Production and Engineering teams to ensure production machinery operates safely and efficiently while supporting equipment upgrades, validation, and preventive maintenance initiatives.

Set up, troubleshoot, and maintain production machinery to ensure safe and efficient operations.
Investigate equipment breakdowns, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Plan and execute preventive maintenance programmes with the Engineering and Production teams to maximise equipment reliability.
Analyse maintenance data and recommend improvements to enhance machine performance.
Coordinate with equipment suppliers and vendors on spare parts procurement, servicing, and equipment upgrades.
Monitor critical spare parts inventory to minimise production downtime.
Support equipment setup during packaging size and material changeovers.
Lead equipment qualification, validation, and performance testing to ensure compliance with GMP and PIC/S requirements.
Investigate manufacturing deviations and equipment-related non-conformities, ensuring timely resolution.
Maintain engineering documentation, including maintenance records, work instructions, and technical drawings.
Provide technical guidance and training to technicians on equipment operation and maintenance.
Support engineering projects involving new equipment installation, process improvements, and production enhancements.
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or a regulated production environment.
Experience in pharmaceutical, medical device, or other GMP-regulated manufacturing environments will be an advantage.
Good knowledge of production machinery, preventive maintenance, and equipment troubleshooting.
Familiarity with GMP, PIC/S, or other regulated manufacturing standards will be an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a strong team player.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
