Job summary

1 SUPPLIER PTE. LTD. is seeking Mechanical and Electrical Apprentice Technicians to join its technical service team in Singapore.

You will be trained to provide maintenance, troubleshooting, installation and technical support for pharmaceutical process equipment installed in GMP manufacturing facilities. Main responsibilities include assisting experienced technicians with preventive and corrective maintenance, supporting mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, and aiding with installation,

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn mechanical and electrical service in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Basic reading of mechanical drawings and electrical schematics is beneficial.
• GMP and safety awareness in pharma environments is important.

Responsibilities

• Assist experienced technicians with preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Support mechanical and electrical troubleshooting on pharmaceutical process machinery.
• Carry out equipment inspections, servicing and basic repairs.
• Assist with installation, commissioning and start-up of process equipment.
• Learn to read and understand mechanical drawings, electrical schematics and technical documentation.
• Follow GMP, safety and company procedures while working at pharmaceutical manufacturing sites.
• Prepare service reports and maintenance documentation.
• Work closely with senior technicians, engineers and customers.
