Job summary

LEGATUS FORMWORKS PTE LTD is seeking a motivated individual for a pharmaceutical manufacturing role in Tuas, Singapore. The successful candidate will be hands-on in production activities and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

Ideal candidates should possess a diploma and have at least two years of relevant experience, though fresh graduates are welcome. Night shift rotation is required, and contract-based work is available.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of hands-on experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing preferred.
• Part-timers interested in ad-hoc work are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in and support day-to-day manufacturing processes.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve operational or technical issues promptly.
• Perform and coordinate equipment maintenance and routine checks.
• Manage inventory, including raw materials and production supplies.
• Plan, monitor, and coordinate production schedules.
• Provide hands-on training and technical support to production staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation and prepare reports.
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to actively participate in pharmaceutical manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will be directly involved in hands‑on production activities, ensuring efficient processes, compliance with quality and safety standards, and continuous improvement across all manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively participate in and support day‑to‑day manufacturing processes to ensure smooth and compliant operations
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve operational or technical issues promptly
• Perform and coordinate equipment maintenance, facility upkeep, and routine checks
• Manage inventory, including raw materials and production supplies, to support uninterrupted operations
• Plan, monitor, and coordinate production schedules to meet operational targets
• Provide hands‑on training, guidance, and technical support to production staff
• Maintain accurate documentation and prepare reports in accordance with regulatory requirements
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Review batch records and assist in product release activities
• Participate in the validation and qualification of processes, equipment, and systems

Qualifications

• Diploma holders or graduates from vocational institutes
• Proficient in written and spoken English
• Minimum of two (2) years of hands‑on experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing preferred; fresh graduates with strong practical potential are welcome
