Job summary

OKI Avionics Asia PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a production engineering professional to support daily manufacturing operations, improving quality, efficiency and OEE. You will troubleshoot equipment and processes, coordinate preventive maintenance and maintain critical spare parts.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in manufacturing system, equipment maintenance, basic troubleshooting, or process improvement is advantageous.

• Ability to plan and organize work and priorities.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support daily production manufacturing operations to achieve production, quality, and efficiency targets.
• Troubleshoot equipment/machine & process issues and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance of equipment/machines and manage critical spare parts.
• Maintain production documentation (SOP, Checklist, QC flowchart etc) and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Collaborate with Production and Quality departments to support continuous improvement initiatives to manufacturing operations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve OEE, yield, and productivity.
• Plan and coordinate production line re-configurations (streamlining) when needed and conduct process re-validation and report preparation.
• Support new product introductions (NPI) and engineering changes.
